PRN PRIORITY SYSTEM
WHAT IS MY PRIORITY NUMBER?
The system contains eight tiers based on call length average in minutes.
To calculate your call length average add up all the minutes you were connected
on line for the week from Monday to Sunday midnight eastern time. Take
this number and divide by the total number of calls that week including
hang ups. This is your call length average and your priority number is
based on this number. The higher your call length average the lower your
priority number will be and the more calls will be sent to your extension. RCS/PRN has recently begun taking the number of name and address captures into consideration when determining priority, so try to capture as many names and addresses as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN NOT LOG ON FOR ONE WEEK OR MORE?
The priority for any psychic who does not log on for one or more weeks
(whether due to vacation, illness, moving, etc.) will remain the same as
that during the last week worked.
PRIORITY NUMBERS WILL BE UPDATED ON A WEEKLY BASIS.
They become effective every Tuesday morning. On Monday, you are still
working off of the priority you had the week before. They are
based on call data for the previous week ending midnight on Sunday eastern
standard time. They will be cumulative throughout each month, so you can
move up by having one good week. New psychics enter the system at 1500
OR 2500, depending on the current policies of PRN, where they will
remain for one full week after their initial retention date.
*******We suggest you maintain a call average of 13-20 minutes
always. Try to keep all your paperwork together from Monday to Sunday midnight
each week, so you can anticipate your priority number for the following
week. This way you can work the system more effectively.
A Note To New Readers
We want you to understand this system BEFORE you log in.
1. All new extensions MUST be activated within 3 days of being issued,
or the extension will be revoked.
2. New readers must not take more than 9 calls the first day.
3. New readers must reach a 13 minute cumulative average by the end
of 3 days worked
(meaning the call average for the 3 days total must be at least 13
4. Readers who do not achieve that average will be suspended and cannot
be reinstated until they have had a coaching session, and then can only
be reinstated once. There is a $15.00 charge for a one hour coaching session before reinstatement. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
5. If you take more than 20 calls and your average is below 13 minutes,
your extension number will be suspended for the remainder of the week.
The company will release you if your average is below 13 minutes after
your first three days on line. Please call if you have any questions concerning
6. I ask that you plan to work at least 700 minutes per week by
your second week on line and every week thereafter. I have found that psychics who do not commit to at least these minutes are really not worth all the valuable time and energy I put forth to help them.
